Upon agreement, we finalize the Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice. We prioritize secure transactions through Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C), ensuring transparency for both parties before the sourcing process begins.

PAYMENT TERMS

To ensure a secure and transparent transaction, we provide standardized payment structures for all international orders:
  • Standard Method:

    We accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

  • Payment Structure:

    A 30% Advance Deposit is required to initiate the sourcing and packing process, with the 70% Balance payable before shipment or against scanned shipping documents.

  • Long-Term Partnership:

    We value long-term cooperation; therefore, payment terms are negotiable and can be adjusted for established partners and recurring bulk orders.
